Hey Gorgeous! How are you? I have been M.I.A lately, October is a crazy month for us! Both my girls have their b-days and we are well and truly in the mids of Wedding season! (Yay!!) So i just wanted to share a few tips with you today... I have noticed, there has been an increase in the number of women asking me about thinning hair lately... Men’s hair seems to recede, women tend to develop fewer hairs all over the scalp. This is due to a number of factors including fluctuating hormones. A lot of us find it difficult to grow our hair after 30, but its not impossible... Using protein-rich products will help boost your hair. +Vitamins ~ vitamins A, B, C, D, iron, selenium, and zinc are all important to promote hair growth and the retention processes, specifically with cell turnover.
